Handpainted Cabinet

This upright cabinet is in a quite unusual size - perfect perhaps as a drinks cabinet or for storage in a living area. It was made in solid China pine wood, the dimension is 90x40x120cm, ina distressed, blue green lacquer. The style, with the doors, and 5 removable shelves inside, is distinctive of Shanxi furniture. The removable shelves are fitted inside, dividing the interior into six sections. The bottom section,especially the legs, is decorated in beautiful carvings.
